How do you change a HDD in "RAW" format to NTFS using Vista? - how to get mount and blade

I have my old IDE hard drive to install an external USB and I try to format it. There are 2 partitions - 75 GB and 5 GB. Well, it shows that the 75GB. No matter if I lose the data than previously accepted. Ideas?

First remove the two partitions, the partitioning can be dynamic or unit ligical. then the partition of the set as a modality as NTFS.

You have connected
Click on the icon of the computer
select Manage
and then Disk Management
Click on the drive if it shows two partitions, the removal of both
Then right-click on the partition
Click it again, select "Create Disk"
Right-click on the new format
